We believe that this will enable them to perform their tough role with greater authority and confidence but also with greater compassion and understanding - in short, to fulfil their leadership potential to their own personal satisfaction as well as to the benefit of their teams and the organisation overall.
Change Monkey brings a different approach to leadership, change and organisational transformation. Our principals all have a scientific background - we feel comfortable with identifying a hypothesis, testing it, experimenting, observing results, and proving the hypothesis.
We have adapted this rigorous, objective, evidence-based approach to the field of behavioural change at the individual and organisational level. We have combined our extensive experience in a wide variety of related (and non-related) fields to provide innovative, experimental programmes - that’s why we call our programmes Learning Labs.
Change Monkey supports leaders by helping them identify and develop their individual skills in leadership and managing change, but more importantly to identify, acknowledge, then modify unhelpful behaviours which are blocking their own leadership progress and limiting their contribution to the organisation.
In addition we have developed our unique Virtual Learning System (VLS) - a powerful online forum, learning area and extensive resource centre which allows participants to support each other; be supported by course leaders; and share their learning after workshop modules have been completed.

* We call ourselves Change Monkey because the hands-on element of our work reminds us of the so-called “grease monkey” of the factory floor and workshop. Our programmes are practical, practical, practical - with the occasional touch of intuitive genius.
